Bangkok Pride Festival 2026 Unveils Six Naruemit Ambassadors

The Bangkok Pride Festival 2026 is gearing up to turn Silom Road into a rainbow road on Sunday, May 31, 2026. This vibrant celebration comes as Thailand actively pursues its bid to host WorldPride 2030. The festival has announced the appointment of six 'Naruemit Ambassadors' who will serve as key visuals and voices for the event.

These ambassadors were selected in collaboration with the nationwide Pride City Network and represent diverse regions of Thailand, including the Central, Northern, Northeastern, and Southern areas. They are a mix of activists, artists, and community organizers dedicated to promoting equality through art, culture, and public policy.

Their roles are part of the 'One Hundred Voices to WorldPride' campaign, which aims to showcase Thailand's commitment to gender diversity and unity. The festival, organized by Naruemit Pride Co., Ltd, is entering its fifth year and emphasizes the importance of this event as a milestone in Thailand's journey toward hosting WorldPride 2030.

This year's festival will feature a parade starting at 2 PM from Chong Nonsi Canal Park, culminating at Thephasadin Stadium, covering a distance of 3.8 kilometers. A highlight of the parade will be a rainbow flag measuring over 300 meters long. The event will conclude with a celebration stage featuring performances that blend traditional Thai culture with contemporary human rights movements.

งานเทศกาลไพรด์กรุงเทพฯ 2026 เตรียมเปลี่ยนถนนสีลมให้กลายเป็นถนนสายรุ้งในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2569 การเฉลิมฉลองที่มีชีวิตชีวานี้เกิดขึ้นในขณะที่ประเทศไทยกำลังมุ่งมั่นที่จะเป็นเจ้าภาพ WorldPride 2030 งานเทศกาลได้ประกาศการแต่งตั้ง 'ทูตนฤมิต' จำนวน 6 คนที่จะทำหน้าที่เป็นภาพลักษณ์หลักและเสียงของงาน

ในปีนี้ งานเทศกาลจะมีขบวนพาเหรดเริ่มต้นเวลา 14.00 น. จากสวนสาธารณะคลองช่องนนทรี ไปสิ้นสุดที่สนามเทพศิรินทร์ ระยะทางรวม 3.8 กิโลเมตร ไฮไลท์ของขบวนพาเหรดจะเป็นธงสายรุ้งยาวกว่า 300 เมตร งานจะสิ้นสุดด้วยเวทีเฉลิมฉลองที่มีการแสดงที่ผสมผสานวัฒนธรรมไทยดั้งเดิมกับการเคลื่อนไหวด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน
